Motel Rental Policies

• Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time : 11:00 a.m.

• A valid photo ID and Credit Card are required when you check-in to cover expenses you might overlook such as long distance calls, or for damage & excessive cleaning costs. We do accept payment in cash, travelers' checks, VISA, MasterCard, or money orders, just not personal checks. Minimum of two nights stay are required for ocean front rooms on weekends.

• Rates are slightly higher during holiday periods.

• RATES ARE BASED ON 1-2 PERSONS & DO NOT INCLUDE STATE OR LOCAL TAXES. ADD $10 FOR EACH EXTRA ADULT OR CHILD OVER 10 YEARS OLD. Children 10 and under stay free.

• Reservations for less than a week are guaranteed only with a credit card or money order deposit equal to one nights stay. The deposit is applied to the last night of the reservation and is refundable ONLY IF CANCELLED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. A $10 processing fee applies to each refund issued. Weekly rentals require a 50% nonrefundable deposit with the balance due in full at check-in. OTHERWISE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

• SORRY NO PETS, NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS

• You must be a minimum of 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent in order to stay as a guest.

Townhouse Policies

• Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday

• For less than weekly rentals, reservations are guaranteed only with a credit card or money order deposit equal to one nights stay. The deposit is applied to the last night of the reservation and is non-refundable on townhouse rentals.

• Reservation Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit (Visa/MC or money order) is required for all weekly rentals. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received . Balance is paid at check-in with Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check, cash, or money order. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

• Security /Cleaning: A credit card is required at check-in to cover excessive cleaning, unpaid phone bill, damage, missing items, etc. There are no exceptions to this policy. A minimum $50 cleaning charge will be charged to the credit card if our housekeeping and management staff determine that the following was not done prior to check out or the condition of the townhouse is left in less than "rental ready condition"
• Before you leave you must:

Sweep and vacuum floors/stairs

Remove the sheets and pillow cases from all beds and place them in the pillow cases (Please leave mattress cover, blankets and bedspreads on the beds). Leave all towels in the tubs.

Wash all dishes, remove from dishwasher and place in cupboards

Remove all food from refrigerator and wipe inside clean

Clean oven and stove top including drip pans

Empty all trash can bags into outside dumpster

Return furniture to original location

Close and lock all windows and doors

Return keys to office

Make your reservation to come back and have a safe trip home!

• Occupancy

  The townhouse is limited to 8 persons including children, regardless of age. Absolutely no "house parties" are allowed. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if they violate this policy. Absolutely no pets are allowed.

• Check-In/ Check-Out

Due to the size of the townhouse and the time it will take our staff to get it ready for you, please do not plan on checking in any earlier than 3 p.m. Of course, if it is ready and housekeeping has completed their work, you will be allowed to check in earlier. Check-out is 11 a.m., which is consistent with check-out for rental homes on the island.

• Sheets and Towels

  We provide you with 1 Set of Queen Sheets for the Master Suite, towels for 2 people (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 face towels each) plus 2 bath mats for the upstairs bathrooms at no additional cost.  We also provide all mattress pads, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows.  Please let us know in advance if you need to rent additional sheet sets and/or towels from us.  If you require a midweek exchange, please order additional sets.  However, the townhouse is equipped with a washer and dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are sold in the motel office.  Our bath towels are not allowed on the beach or at the pool!  Beach towels are sold in our office gift shop.

• Amenities

An inventory list will be provided to you upon check-in. You will be asked to verify with your signature that everything on the list is in the townhouse and in working order or that you have found discrepancies.

If we find that anything is missing or damaged when you check-out, your credit card will be charged.

We will make every effort to correct any problems at once. However, no refunds will be made for malfunction of any appliances or equipment.

• Included in the Townhouse

  Fully-equipped kitchen including 12-cup coffeemaker (coffee and filters not provided), blender, bagel-size toaster, servings for 6, pots, pans, utensils including cork screw, can opener, knives, bowls, etc.

  Large laundry room with washer/dryer and lots of storage space. 2 large oceanfront decks: 1 off the large living room and 1 off the large master bedroom. There is also patio furniture.

  CHARCOAL GRILLS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON DECKS. YOU MAY USE GROUND LEVEL AREAS THAT WOULD BE SAFE FOR GRILLING. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT PROVIDE GRILLS OF ANY KIND.

  Phones in both bedrooms and main living area. Local calls are free. The most economical way to make long-distance calls is by using a calling card. Otherwise, you will be billed by the motel.

  Expanded cable TV and remote controls in both bedrooms and main living area. We do not offer HBO but we do have movie channels like AMC, Bravo, WE and TMC.
